Directions:
3/4 butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white corn syrup
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Melt this together on the stove top
Pour over the top of 4 cups quick cook oatmeal
Press into a greased 9 X 13 pan
Bake at 375° for 10 minutes
Cool

6 oz butterscotch chips
12 oz milk chocolate chips
1 Tbsp. Crisco
Melt together then add the following
1/3 cup crunchy/creamy peanut butter
1 cup salted peanuts
May add a little milk if too thick
Spread over baked crust
Cool and cut
