Better than Any Cake

Directions:
1 chocolate cake Mixed and baked according to package
directions for a 9X13 pan
8 – 12 oz Cool Whip
17.5 oz jar Mrs. Richardson’s Caramel ice cream topping
4 candy bars chopped (Heath, Cookies and Cream)
Mix and bake cake according to package. Bake in a wrapped cake pan if needed.
Cool Cake
Poke holes in cake with the handle of a wooden spoon
Warm jar of Caramel in container of hot water; pour into holes and over the top of the cake. Let set so caramel cools slightly.
Spread Cool Whip evenly over top of cooled caramel.
Sprinkle with chopped candy bars.
