Flat Iron Steaks

Ingredients:
2 flat iron steaks
Cajun seasoning (low salt is best)
Directions:
Liberally coat both sides of steak with Cajun seasoning
Heat a cast iron pan until smoking hot
Don't use oil or butter
When pan is hot, put steaks into pan and cook 5 minutes per side for medium-medium rare
Serve Tomato Basil Salad on the Side
1 pint cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes
5 leaves of fresh basil
1/2 bag of cheese curds or fresh mozzarella
3-4 tbsp olive oil
4-3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Cut Tomatoes in half
Shred basil
Mix all ingredients together
Let sit a few minutes or hours and serve with sliced french bread
