Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Ingredients:
2 Kiwis, peeled and diced
2 Golden Delicious apples, peeled, cored and diced
8 ounces fresh raspberries, quartered
1 pound fresh strawberries, diced
2 Tbsp. white sugar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. strawberry preserves
10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
Butter flavored cooking spray
1 cup sugar
3/4 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
In a large bowl gently mix diced kiwis, apples, raspberries,
strawberries, sugars and preserves. Cover and chill in
refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat one side of tortilla with
butter flavored cooking spray. Cut into wedges and arrange in a
single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with
cinnamon sugar. Spray again with the cooking spray.
Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes or until crisp but not browned.
Repeat with remaining tortillas. Allow to cool and serve with
chilled fruit salsa.
