About your chocolate
: Try to keep your chocolate warm by keeping it in the crock pot of water. If your chocolate starts to set up in the bottle you can microwave it for a short time. DO NOT
GET CHOCOLATE TOO HOT.

Fill the forms with paper cups (careful not to deform the cups when separating).

Form the coconut dough into small flat circles (about the size of the bottom of the paper cup).

Place a small amount of chocolate in the bottom of the cups.

Then place the coconut into the chocolate, add more chocolate, and top with an almond.

For Malted Milk Crunch - Fold malted milk crunch into milk chocolate and spoon into paper cups.

Tap cups to level chocolate.

HINTS
Tap the trays to level them off.

Place outside or in refrigerator to cool faster.

Do not over fill the cups; better to have them more empty than too full.

Try to keep the same color cups for each kind of candy, example, red cups for crunch, green for malted milk, etc.

When adding the top layer be sure that the bottom layer is still soft, otherwise the two layers will fall apart.
