SALISBURY STEAK

Main Ingredients:
2 lb ground beef
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1/4 bottle A1 sauce
2 eggs
1/2 package ground up crackers
Salt and Pepper
Sauce:
Butter
Diced onion
Mushrooms
Carrot
Celery
Beef Stick
Cornstarch (optional)
Directions:
Dice onions and peppers
Mix all main ingredients into a bowl
Heat fry pan over medium high flame
Separate meat mixture into four 8 oz portions
Make portions into hamburger-style patties
Fry until crisp on outside
Remove from pan and
add butter, diced onion, mushrooms, carrot, and celery
Sautee until tender
Add 24 oz of beef stick to pan and bring to boil
Put steaks back into pan and simmer 20-30 minutes
Remove steaks and thicken with cornstarch / water
Serve with mashed potatoes and glazed carrots
