TACO SOUP

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium green pepper chopped
1 cup salsa
4 cups V-8 juice
2/3 cup water
Directions:
Brown ground beef, onion and pepper until meat is browed. Drain.
Stir in taco seasoning and water.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add V-8 juice and salsa.
Simmer for 5 -10 more minutes.
Serve.
