Vegetable Wraps

Ingredients:
6 8-inch flour tortillas
1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Original
2 to 4 tablespoons milk
6 baby carrots
1 cup broccoli
½ cup cauliflower
3 radishes
2 tablespoons chopped onion
12 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and Hidden Valley Ranch together. Add just
enough of the milk to make the cream cheese mixture spreadable.
Put all vegetables in a food processor and process until chopped
fine.
Spread tortillas with cream cheese mixture; top with the
vegetable blend; sprinkle the cheese on top.
Roll up the wraps tightly and wrap in saran wrap. Refrigerate
overnight.
Cut into ½ inch rounds.
Makes around 48 appetizers.
**Can chop vegetables by hand if you do not have a food
processor.
**Fat free or light cream cheese may be used.
